The second general director in the Camp's history, George was named CEO when Maranatha Ministries was created. George has been a Maranatha staff member since 1973. He is in charge of fundraising and the general oversight of Maranatha Bible Camp, SportReach and the Maranatha Foundation. He and his wife, Jan, have two grown children: Kris and Tara.
